Gas Meter Connectors

AmniTec gas meter connectors are specifically designed to correct for minor misalignment in the rigid incoming pipework. Benefits include the elimination of on-site sweating of pipe joints saving installation time. The all welded construction offers greater fire resistance compared with soldered joints making AmniTec gas meter connectors suitable for all types of domestic and commercial meters, either free-standing or boxed.

Full British Gas Approval

Manufactured in accordance with BS 6501 Flexible Metal Hose and BS 746 specification for gas meter unions and adaptors, United-Flexible gas hose connectors have full British Gas quality approved status.

Complete Hose Assemblies

AmniTec gas meter connectors are supplied as a complete assembly, with end fittings to suit the installation. A wide range of end fittings are available, typically shown in the adjacent illustration. Additionally, for more demanding applications hose assemblies can be supplied with an outer braid of stainless steel wire, woven so that line pressure produces braid tension to provide radial and axial constraint.
