Powerflex vibrasorbers

Powerflex vibrasorbers are vibration eliminators which are manufactured from stainless steel corrugated hose, stainless steel outer wire braid and customer specified fittings that are specially designed to absorb the destructive forces of noise and vibration found in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Size range

A comprehensive range of sizes is available to suit ¼" to 4 1/8" (6mm - 105mm) outside diameter copper pipe.

Material specification

Powerflex vibrasorbers are manufactured from BS EN 10088-2  grade 321 stainless steel annular corrugated hose with a stainless steel wire braid manufactured from BS EN 10277-1 grade 304, brazed to stainless steel ferrules. They are UL recognised SA1188Z. All units are terminated with copper pipe ends, supplied either brazed or welded onto stainless steel ferrules. All units are carefully cleaned and dried prior to packing.

Protectively packaged

Packed as standard into a robust branded and sealed polythene sleeve or alternatively, at additional cost, into a cardboard tube with easily identifiable size referenced end caps and installation instructions. Additionally, a synthetic outer sleeve is also available for retained flexibility in 'freeze up' conditions.
